A Continuous Improvement Process for Health Providers of Victims of Domestic Violence
Abstract:A 12-step continuous improvement process based on the classic plan-do-study-act cycle was used to improve the quality of health care providers’ responses to female victims of domestic violence. The authors describe how they implemented the process and assessed the changes in care.
