Abstract:

The dangers associated with improperly stored oxygen tanks are numerous, and the difficulties many organizations face when monitoring tanks can seem overwhelming. One such organization, Cleveland Clinic, conducted a performance improvement project to find a solution to the problem. This article discusses how Cleveland Clinic improved oxygen tank storage safety and ways their organization has benefited from the improvements.
