Abstract:

St. John's is a regional health care center licensed for more than 700 beds, making it the largest hospital in downstate Illinois. This article highlights the hospital's commitment to community integration and shows how St. John's has supported and strengthened community integration at their organization to help improve their response to emergencies should one occur.
