Because of its electronic format, the e-SOC can be used effectively as a management tool. Through the many different reports available on the e-SOC, an organization can effectively track its LSC deficiencies and PFIs and identify any trends and patterns that may be cause for concern. This article describes how to

• Strategize when setting up the electronic BBI (e-BBI)

• Use the e-SOC tool to sort e-PFIs in a variety of ways
