IN THE ARTICLE entitled `Lay health worker intervention with choice of DOT superior to standard TB care for farm dwellers in South Africa: a cluster randomised control trial' by M. Clarke, J. Dick, M. Zwarenstein, C. J. Lombard, and V. K. Diwan (Int J Tuberc Lung Dis 2005; 9(6): 673-679), the following affiliation was omitted for third author M.
