Abstract:
The objective of this study was to determine which combination of moisture content (m.c.), time and temperature in the Controlled Deterioration (CD) test, could be used to monitor seed vigour of wheat Triticum aestivum seed. The combination of 45°C and 18% m.c. for 72h provided good discrimination of post-CD germination and showed a high capacity to be considered as the best CD test for wheat seeds.Document Type: Research article
