Model Predictive Control Methods for Toner Concentration Control System
Abstract:In this paper, we propose a new control algorithm based on model predictive control that is targeted to control the TC in a two-component toner dispense system. MPC is extremely effective in controlling systems with nonlinear cost function, time delay, constraints on the actuator and states. We also present a methodology to make the control loop robust to sensor noise.
