High quality Y Ba2Cu3O7-δ superconducting thin films were epitaxially grown by a pulsed laser deposition technique on vicinal (110)┬áSrTiO3 substrates. Various oxygen deficient films with a sharp resistance transition were obtained from Y Ba2Cu3O7-δ films with Tc of 90┬áK by post-annealing under a specific oxygen ambient. These films were verified to have (110) orientation, with the crystal grain grown along the c-axis in the film plane. Their superconducting and optical properties were examined and analysed by transport measurements and far-infrared reflectivity spectra.
