Afro-Asian J. of Finance and Accounting logo Inderscience Publishers logo

Finance and accounting are seen as essential components for the successful implementation of market-based development policies supporting economic liberalisation in the rapidly emerging economies in Africa, the Middle-East and Asia. Scholarly research into finance and accounting issues affecting Africa, the Middle-East and Asia is currently wanting. A contributing factor is the lack of suitable journals dedicated to publishing high quality research on finance and accounting issues specifically affecting the African, Middle-Eastern and Asian regions.

The aim of Afro-Asian Journal of Finance and Accounting is to bridge this gap in the finance and accounting literature within the above context. Afro-Asian Journal of Finance and Accounting fosters greater discussion and research of the development of the finance and accounting disciplines in Africa, the Middle-East and Asia. A major feature of the journal will be to emphasise the implications of this development and the effects on businesses, academics and professionals.
