Abstract:

This paper has two goals. First, it illustrates how presuppositions present themselves. Second, it amplifies the comment that Russ made (Presuppositions and Background Assumptions) 1 about Terry Horgan and Mark Timmons: that their own presuppositions would likely stand toxically in the way of their discovering the important features of agency.
