Abstract:

Acroscyphus N. Kitag. (1984) is a later homonym of Acroscyphus Lév. 1846. The first substitute name published for it is Acroscyphella N. Kitag. & Grolle, which antedates Austroscyphus R.M. Schust. by just over two weeks.
