International Association for Food Protection

The International Association for Food Protection, founded in 1911, is a non-profit educational association of food safety professionals comprised of a diverse membership of over 3,400 Members from 70 countries. The Association provides its Members with an information network through its two scientific journals, Food Protection Trends and Journal of Food Protection®, monthly e-newsletter the IAFP Report, its Annual Meeting, and interaction with other food safety professionals.
