Abstract:

Council Regulation 1/2003, (“the EC Competition Regulation”) has radically altered Community competition law by “modernising” the way in which the law is enforced. This comment will examine the impact of the Regulation on the different actors in Community competition law by discussing how this “modernisation” process might affect a hypothetical case in practice.
