Abstract:
This article explains the legal background in the USA and compares it with the law in other countries that also have an established cartel law that is enforced. From this it goes on to state that it is apparent that global competition is currently safeguarded only by national and supranational law. As a result, there is an incongruity of the economic area impacted and the law which applies. The question is then asked whether a solution can be found for safeguarding global competition using the law.Document Type: Research article
