Abstract:

Initially popular in Taiwan's network,the book was called "Netizen's' Health Collection" among network users. It stayed at the top of Taiwan's health books after its publication, and it is still in the top 10 list on Amazon's best selling list. With the theory of Chinese medicine, this book describes the systematic association between the human organs and it proposes 5 basic points for health care: 1. Sleep early and get up early; 2. Tap the gall bladder; 3. Massage the pericardium; 4. Don't get angry; 5. Maintain the intestines clean. These 5 simple points guide us back to the healthy living habits and teach us how to use our body correctly by deal with illness correctly. They enhance the body's immune system without relying on western medicine. Simple as they are, those 5 points are easily being neglected. So being persistance is the key to regain health.
