Abstract:

Se analizan las condiciones de desarrollo de la grupalidad del trabajo en grupo en las organizaciones educativas como organizaciones de profesionales, estimándose una línea base más cercana al grupo difuso que al grupo maduro o equipo. Se usa la teoría del colectivo y el cuestionario sobre el desarrollo de la grupalidad. Se estudian los niveles de grupalidad y su dinámica en una muestra de 31 unidades laborales de centros educativos. Los resultados estiman un nivel medio de desarrollo grupal con una notable variabilidad. Se explora la presencia de factores estimulantes añadidos a las condiciones iniciales mostrándose significativos el tipo de tarea, la unidad de orientaciones valorativa y la presencia de identidad en el entorno. Se derivan criterios para el diagnóstico y desarrollo de equipos de trabajo que complementan la intervención grupal tecnológica.

Developmental conditions of work group "groupality" in both educational and bureaucratic organizations are analyzed, on the assumption that its baseline is closer to the diffuse group than to the team. Both "groupality" levels and dynamics are studied in a sample of 31 occupational units of educational centers within the framework of the theory of the collective and via the questionnaire of "groupality" developmment. It is found a middle level of "groupality", but with a certain degree of variability. Activating factors, on top of the initial conditions, are type of task, members' convergence on value orientation and context identity. Criteria for diagnosis and team training that complement the technological group intervention are suggested.
