Abstract:

On 23rd November 2005, there was a first for the Faculty of General Dental Practice (UK) [FGDP(UK)] when it hosted an open, national research study day, funded by the Department of Health. The study day followed on from a national Research and Development in Primary Dental Care meeting, 'Reflection and Moving Forward', held in Manchester in March 2004.
