Abstract:To save time and reduce the amount of labor involved, efforts were made to simplify the assay method for evaluating the potency of chemosterilants on house flies, Musca domestica L., described by Chang and Borkovec (1964). Only the modifications are reported here and the reader is referred to the original article for the entire procedure.
