Abstract:

The acoustic pressure in front of the tympanic membrane and the acoustic pressure at the entrance to the cochlea have been measured in given acoustic conditions of stimulation in a closed circuit. These results allow the level of the acoustic stimulation applied to the cochlea to be controlled during studies of the damaging effects of the noise on the auditory function.

Dans des conditions bien déterminées de stimulation acoustique en circuit fermé, on a mesuré, chez le cobaye, le niveau de la pression acoustique devant le tympan et à l'entrée de la cochlée. Ces résultats permettent de contrôer le niveau sonore réellement appliqué à la cochlée au cours des études des effets lésionnels des bruits sur l'audition.

Zusammenfassung

Unter genau festgelegten Bedingungen für die akustische Stimulierung in geschlossener Anordnung wurde beim Meerschweinchen der Schalldruckpegel vor dem Trommelfell und am Eingang der Cochlea gemessen. Die Ergebnisse ermöglichen die Kontrolle des Schallpegels, der bei Untersuchungen der Gehörschädigung durch Lärmbelastung tatsächlich im cochlearen Bereich erzeugt wird.
