Abstract:

Following Borgnis considerations on acoustic interferometer, a “real” (pseudo-stationary) field is investigated and the interferometer behaviour is theoretically derived, analyzing the difference between the gaseous and liquid medium.

Energetic considerations are then derived and the fixed-force liquid interferometer is analyzed.

Authors underline also the original interpretation of a pseudo-stationary field as a superposition of a pure stationary field and a progressive beam.

Zusammenfassung

In Verfolgung der Überlegungen von Borgnis zum akustischen Interferometer wurde ein «reales» (pseudostationäres) Feld untersucht. Das Interferometer-Verhalten wird theoretisch durch Analyse des Unterschieds zwischen gasförmigem und flüssigem Medium hergeleitet. Es werden Energiebetrachtungen angestellt, ferner wird das Flüssigkeitsinterferometer mit eingeprägter Kraft analysiert.

Die Autoren folgen der ursprünglichen Interpretation eines pseudostationären Feldes als Überlagerung eines rein stationären Feldes und einer fortschreitenden Welle.

A la suite des remarques de Borgnis sur l'interférométrie acoustique, on a étudié un champ acoustique ,,réel“ (pseudo-stationnaire). On en déduit le principe de fonctionnement d'un inter-féromètre et on analyse les différentes caractéristiques entre les cas d'un milieu gazeux et liquide.

Des considérations énergétiques mènent d'autre part au principe d'un interféromètre à force fixe pour milieux liquides.

Une interprétation originale des auteurs présente le champ pseudo-stationnaire comme la superposition d'un champ stationnaire et d'une onde progressive.
