Abstract:

The cover shows Ritchie's name but the title page states ``Brent W. Ritchie with Neil Carr and Chris Cooper'' while another 22 contributors are shown as authors of ``exhibits'' scattered through the volume. Presumably the trio named on the title page is responsible for most of the book.
