To investigate the effect of common cold to pregnancy rate with IVF. Methods 

A review study on the cases with 198 periods IVF, among of them, 27 cases had up-respiratory tract infection within 10 days pre or post embryo transplanting. When the antivirus treatment was used in these patients, the results of embryo culture and thickness of endometrium in these patients are similar to that in other normal cases. But these 27 cases are all failed in pregnancy. Conclusion 

Common cold could induce the failure of pregnancy. It is important that patients take care of preventing cold before muti-ovulating.
