Herein we report on the 4–300 K resistivity, magnetoresistance, Hall and Seebeck coefficients and heat capacity of Cr2GeC. The results—analyzed within a two‐band model—confirm that Cr2GeC is a compensated conductor where the concentration of electrons and holes are almost equal; the same is true of the mobilities. The room‐temperature thermal conductivity is 22 W·(m·K)−1; roughly half the heat is carried by phonons, half by electrons. The heat capacity results confirm previous results.
