Extensive naevoid eccrine spiradenoma

Abstract:
We describe a 19-year-old girl with a painful naevoid eccrine spiradenoma affecting the right side of the body. This represents an extremely rare variant of this benign eccrine sweat gland tumour, and is the most extensive lesion described in the U.K. to date.Keywords: benign sweat gland tumour; naevoid eccrine spiradenoma
