Abstract:

Duplications of the colon are unusual congenital anomalies and they rarely present in adulthood. It is even rarer to encounter the association of colonic carcinoma with tubular colonic duplications. We report a case of colonic duplication that was found in a 75-year-old woman during a laparotomy for obstructing colon cancer.
