Abstract:

First publication of five fragments from Porphyry's treatise Against the Christians discovered in Michael Psellus, Michael Glykas and Damascenus Studites. These objections are explicitly attributed to Porphyry and bear on biblical verses known to have been attacked by this opponent to christianity.
