Abstract

The new and growing academic discipline of Biblical Spirituality draws by its very nature on two constituent fields, namely Spirituality (itself a relatively new area within the university) and biblical scholarship. These two constituent fields are characterised, in comparison, by methodological dissimilarity, which leads to considered choices that have to be made en route to refining extant models of Biblical Spirituality.
