Abstract:

What follows are excerpts from Awakening through Love: Unveiling Your Deepest Goodness (Wisdom Publications, August 2007). In the book, Tibetan Buddhist meditations are adapted to make them accessible to people of all backgrounds and faiths. The book is intended for those interested not just in reading about Buddhist ideas but also in using the meditations to explore how Buddhists understand pure perception and experience unconditional love, compassion, and wisdom. Readers of all faiths are encouraged to see how their experience of these meditations might shed light on their own spiritual lives.
