Abstract:

Es wird eine Testmethode zum Prüfen von nematiziden und nematodenbeeinflussenden Substanzen vorgestellt. Mit dieser Methode können nicht nur nematostatische und nematotoxische Substanzen geprüft werden, sondern auch solche, die z.B. in das Verhalten der Nematoden innerhalb der Wirtspflanzen-Parasit-Interaktion eingreifen. Die vorgestellte Methode eignet sich sowohl zur Direktbeobachtung der Verhaltensweise der Nematode, als auch zum Schnelltest an Hand von Schadsymptomen der Wirtspflanzen.
