Abstract:

Nouvelle description d'Ivellopsis elephas, un Copépode pélagique décrit pour la première fois par Brady (collections de la Challenger Expedition), mais qui n'avait pas été retrouvé jusqu'à 1961. Il semble que cette espèce est limitée aux mers des Indes orientales et que son habitat naturel se situe au-dessous des amas flottants d'algues Sargassum.
