Anacamptis laxiflora (Lam.) R.M. Bateman, Pridgeon & M.W. Chase from Europe and Cyprus is illustrated. Its taxonomy, relationships, and distribution are discussed. A full description is given and a brief history of the genus is also provided. Propagation from seed and establishment into wild conditions are described.
