Abstract:
We present a rare case of acquired pelvic arteriovenous fistula of the uterine vessels in a woman with a remote history of hysterectomy who presented with chronic pelvic and left limb pain. It was successfully treated by coil embolisation of the left uterine artery. The MRI and angiographic features are described, together with the current management and a review of literature.Document Type: Case report
