Abstract:

The detection of artificial reflectors and defect detection in mono- and polycrystalline samples made of heat-resistant nickel-based alloys are considered. The ultrasonic testing specificity of monocrystalline products is also considered. Defect detection in a turbine blade is carried out using an angle transducer. The velocities and attenuation coefficients of longitudinal waves in mono- and polycrystalline components are measured.
