Abstract:

This account deals with recent progress in the study on the synthesis of fluorine containing heterocycles via the cycloaddition reactions of some fluorine-containing dienophiles or dipolarophiles. It includes two main parts: (1) the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions to five-membered fluorinated heterocycles; (2) the (hetero) Diels-Alder reactions to six-membered fluorinated heterocycles.

Keywords: fluorinated heterocycles; cycloaddition; 1,3-dipolar addition; (hetero) diels-alder reaction
