Syntheses, Transformations and Pharmaceutical Applications of Kynurenic Acid Derivatives
Abstract:The syntheses and transformations of 4-hydroxyquinoline-2-carboxylic acid, kynurenic acid, are reviewed, and special attention is paid to the pharmacological activities and pharmaceutical applications of its derivatives.
