While there is always a not easily identifiable first pathogenic noxa, all of these diseases are characterized by ischemia, chronic inflammation and tissue degeneration. Orthodox medicine has provided several optimal drugs targeting various pathological situations but, even with their concomitant applications, it is not possible to reduce the chronic oxidative stress.
