Abstract:

This paper explains a framework of TEKES operations and its model of impact analysis. The models used here are additionality approach (input, behavioral, output), spillovers and new growth theory in which main inputs are education and technology. The impact analysis model is presented in four stages which are R&D investments, results, direct effects and impact on national economy and society.
