Magneto-optic visualizer of ferromagnetic metameric coloring agents based on perpendicular anisotropy garnet-ferrite film supplied with biasing planar magnetic field system is presented. Optimal parameters of the film, biasing field and observation geometry are described. Examples of detected magnetic protection imitations are observed. It is shown that the visualizer can be effectively used not only for detecting the fact of forgery but also for criminalistic expert research.
