Abstract:

Recent echnology and experiments have fabricated high-quality superconducting hybrid nanowires. We studied hybrid nanowires in wich normal and superconducting regions are in close proximity using the Bogoliubov-de Gennes eqiations for superconductivity in a cylindrical nanowire. We succeeded to obtain the quantum energy levels and wave functions of a superconducting nanowire.
