Towards Mechanosynthesis of Diamondoid Structures: IV. The Strategy for Preliminary Implementation of Ellenbogen's “Matter as Software” Concept
Abstract:The previously published (Molecular Electronics and Molecular Electronic Devices, Vol. 1, Chap. 2, CRC Press, Inc. 1993, pp. 31–83) strategy of building polysilylene-based molecular electronic devices is extended in the direction of Ellenbogen's “Matter as Software” idea by considering the capped SWCNT STM tip as a device for manipulating silylene molecules.
