The maximal exciton concentrations are achieved in bulk structure by means of impulse lasers and those are of the order 10−3. Here we looked for influence of boundary conditions for thin films to the concentrations of excitons. It turned out that concentrations of excitons appearing in three levels scheme of molecular excitations can achieve the concentrations of order 10−2.
