This system consists of a relaxing small nanotube probe and the rigid and static nanostring internal at circle form. We calculated temporal thermodynamic properties of these devices as molar specific heat and entropy variation at 0.1, 2 and 8 ps. The simulation was made by classic molecular dynamics with standard parameterization. These facts could be useful for understand of molecular motor under temperature effect.
