Oscillating Semicircle and Carbon Nanotube as Molecular Motor Under Temperature Effect
We propose a motor molecular that uses a carbon wire like a semicircle track using a symmetrical small carbon nanotube like a probe. The simulation was done by classic molecular dynamics with standard parameterization. We calculated thermodynamics approach properties as molar heat capacity and variation of molar entropy at 2, 6 and 10 ps. These facts can be useful for the construction of new semi curved molecular machines.
