Abstract:

Electrons in cylindrical quantum dots are analyzed in this paper. A crucial moment of analyses is the proposed method of calculation of Green's functions in the structures with the broken symmetry. By analysis of this new method, it was shown that physical characteristics of quantum dots depend on configurational coordinates.
