In this paper, we proposed a new job dispatching method to reduce variance and mean time in a single machine static and dynamic scheduling. This method is an innovative method which arranges jobs among of two branches of V shape ascending. Also we added a buffer between categories of jobs to generate delay. The results of simulation shows that in most of states, adding buffer in first categories of jobs causes obtained results are near to optimal result.
