Free Content Two-Dimensional Photocatalysts: Properties, Synthesis, and Applications

Recent advances in the properties, synthesis, and applications of two-dimensional photocatalysts are reviewed. The properties of two-dimensional photocatalysts, such as adsorption, ion-exchange and energy bandgap, are described. The structures, morphologies and corresponding synthesis process are critically discussed. Examples of applications of two-dimensional nanostructures in photocatalytic hydrogen production and decomposing organic pollutants are presented.
