The Effect of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment on the Lecturer Performance in Navy Staff Command School (NSCS)

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work environment and organizational commitment on job performance the lecturer NSCS. The research methodology was survey which were selected by simple random sampling technique. Analysis and interpretation of the data indicate that (1) Work environment has a positive direct effect in job performance, (2) Organizational commitment has a positive direct effect in job performance, (3) Work environment has a positive direct effect in organizational commitment.
