A detailed knowledge of the revolution of the lithosphere in the North China Craton (NCC) is important for understanding the significant tectonic reactivation of the craton in the Mesozoic time and the deep earthquake as well as mineral resource at present. We achieve this goal by use numerical simulation to calculate the delamination of North China Craton. Through our research we confirmed that the high density eclogite can cause the lithosphere thinning. In our simulation, we get the lithosphere can thinning 104 KM at most at our assumed condition. The time scale is 10 Ma.
