Innovative Fabrication of Micro and Nano Hybrid Structure and Application in Optical Films
Abstract:A micro and nano hybrid structure was firstly and innovatively realized by using simple micro and nano processing methods. Micro-structures were generated by using exposure, development and etching processing while nano-sturctures were produced by using AAO processing. The fabricated structures were used as molds in a nano-imprint lithography process where the structures were successfully transferred to a transparent polymer film. The imprinted samples were tested for transmittance and compared with a “blank” one without nanostructures. An apparent increment in transmittance can be observed compared with the “blank” sample. When nano-structures and micro-structures are combined together, the effects of the two structures are coupled together.
