In this study, a magneto-electrochemical system for reed production was developed and the conditions of surface tunnel weaving reed and deburring by optimum process were deduced. As a result, a magneto-electrochemical system was developed, the machining conditions for reed surface roughness and deburring process were analyzed, and the correlations of electrolyte, electrochemical time and current density were optimized.
